Sometimes Student Files / Packets will not generate. If you are not part of registration ask them to try to fix it.

You will get an error message that tells you which document has a problem. In the example below it is highlighted by the red box.
Try to open the problem file.
If it does not open, delete the file.
Then try getting the file you originally asked for. If this fails with another file it may be best to go look through all the files and delete the ones that will not display.
